A company principal is involved hands-on in every engagement from estimation, project management, field supervision and project close-out. This assures our clients that a responsible party is involved in every aspect of the relationship.

We continuously look for value added opportunities to benefit our clients including design changes, material substitutions and process improvements to provide potential cost reductions, aesthetic enhancements and improved timetables.

We use a consultative approach for every job. We invest the time upfront to explore alternatives and job details with clients to ensure that there is a full understanding of design, scope and timetable.

We believe that quality craftsmanship has no grey area. The job is either correct and of high quality or not.

We continually provide feedback to our clients. This can include weekly schedule updates, project review reports and ad-hoc discussions. Any open issues will be discussed and resolved timely. Our principals take a 24/7 phone availability to clients as a core principle.
