Leo has over twenty years of experience in estimating, project managing and field supervision for a large variety of commercial construction projects including restaurants, retail, office and industrial buildings. Prior to founding GCS, Leo was the General Superintendent for a Richmond based national general contractor and was responsible for managing all field supervisors, field staff and sub-contractor coordination for all projects. He brings deep technical construction methods skill set to every project.
